One of the challenges we faced was the dark design of the project given the light logo of it. We had to design with dark colors and coherent with brand identity book at the same time. The company has Middle Eastern customers beside European ones, so the design should match both the tastes.
Ghafele Altawhid provides travel services like getting visa, charter, selling tickets and organizing sightseeing tours in the Middle East. This company provides services in Europe and Middle East. Middle East is home to many sightseeing spots in the world. Ghafele Altawhid is there for you from start to end of the journey to experience the best moments in the Middle East.
We first worked on improving the brand identity book of the company, and then went on to work on user experience and user flow to be the best fit for both European and Middle Eastern customers. We used a mix of light blue and navy blue to do the job. European customers are mostly accustomed to dark colors like navy blue. We also used a contrast of light blue and navy blue to make the user design more attractive.
We started to do research for an excellent user flow design and helping customers reach their goals on the site. The research started with the previous websites that we had designed for the tourism services and complete analysis of Expedia website.
Eventually, we came up with the best user experience for Ghafele Altawhid. The user experience from getting to know for the first time and building trust to requesting for visa and buying tour package was done successfully.
We also observed the website’s user activities for the next six months after its launch and made improvements on user experience.
